Mallory Hazen
Mallory has been teaching yoga for over four years, offering a variety of different class styles as well as retreats, workshops, and special events. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and is a Master Certified Wellness Coach, bringing a holistic, thoughtful perspective to her teaching. She spent years as a professional dancer and is passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone. She strives to create a safe, welcoming space where people—especially nurses and caregivers—can tune into their bodies and support their well-being. When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her outside hiking, paddle boarding, or enjoying time in nature.
