sgMAN (Singapore Male Allyship Network)
Singapore Male Allyship Network (sgMAN) is a civic education and community development initiative that strengthens the social infrastructure supporting boys and men in Singapore.
Through capacity building, community building, and public education, sgMAN supports boys and men in developing the awareness, skills, and relationships needed to thrive in today’s world.
Our work helps boys and men build emotional literacy, strengthen communication, cultivate healthier relationships, and contribute positively to their communities. We create spaces for learning, reflection, dialogue, and connection through workshops, conversations, community gatherings, and public engagement initiatives.
We believe allyship is a practice, not a label. It is something we develop through curiosity, humility, listening, self-awareness, and action.
Our programmes are open to anyone interested in better understanding the experiences, challenges, and opportunities facing boys and men today. Whether you are beginning your journey or have been engaged in these conversations for years, sgMAN welcomes those who are committed to helping men be better and do better.
