Fennel creates intimate pop-up dining experiences rooted in Greek seasonality, local produce, and shared tables.
We host curated dinners in our own purpose-built space in Athens, bringing together guests around thoughtfully designed menus, natural wines, and a relaxed, communal atmosphere. Our work is inspired by farmer’s markets, fishermen, and small producers we collaborate with, with a strong focus on sustainability and minimal-waste cooking.
Each event is designed as a complete experience — from food and wine to pacing, setting, and hosting — always small-scale, personal, and intentional.
