Welcome to Thrive Beyond Coaching LLC!

At age 35 my life was rocked by my diagnosis of Stage 3c Metaplastic Her2+ Breast Cancer.

In the darkest days of treatment I wrote in my journal, “I don’t want to ‘survive’ Breast Cancer. I want to ‘THRIVE’ after Breast Cancer.”

This was ultimately the seed planted and my call to action. Creating meaning by channeling my own unique professional training and expertise (special education/history teacher and then psychiatric rehabilitation coach and facilitator) to support others in their darkest hour of need via YouTube, workshops, as well as 1:1 resiliency and wellness coaching.

The goal is to support everyone (all ages, bodies, genders, races) touched by cancer to be able to THRIVE Beyond their and/or their loved ones' diagnosis.
