As a key national talent‑development hub, we deliver industry‑relevant training, hands-on exposure to state‑of‑the‑art EDA tools, and structured programmes that develop highly skilled professionals for the global semiconductor market.

Established as part of MOSTI’s 2024 national semiconductor initiatives, MIMOS Academy plays a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of technology pioneers and strengthening Malaysia’s position as a competitive player in the global Electrical & Electronics (E&E) ecosystem. Through strategic collaborations with industry, academia, and government, we support upskilling, innovation, and workforce readiness aligned with the National Semiconductor Strategy (NSS).
