About Maria - SoulSound Alchemy
Maria is the founder of SoulSound Alchemy, an Art Therapist, Transformational Coach, and Sound Practitioner devoted to helping people reconnect with their creativity, emotional wellbeing, and inner truth.
Her overall mission is to support people in awakening their creative life force and transforming their inner world, so they can live more consciously, authentically, and aligned with their true path. Maria believes that creativity is not only an artistic expression but a powerful pathway for healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation. Through art, sound, and conscious coaching, she helps individuals reconnect with their inner imagery, emotions, and creative intelligence, the place where real change becomes possible.
Maria became a Transformational Coach in 2017, trained with the Animas Centre for Coaching, and holds the internationally recognised International Coaching Federation PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential and accreditation. Through her coaching work she supports artists, creatives, and purpose-driven individuals in bringing their authentic creations and visions into the world.
Alongside coaching, Maria is a trained Art Therapist practicing a powerful and specialised therapeutic method based on the work of Bettina Egger (LOM & PM). This approach is unique because it works directly with the subconscious mind, which shapes most of our behaviours, emotions, and life patterns.
The subconscious can only be accessed through imagery and emotion, and art therapy provides a natural doorway into these inner landscapes. Through drawing, symbolic expression, and metaphor, people can access unconscious memories, emotional imprints, and internal imagery that the body deeply recognises. When these images are brought into awareness and gently processed, they often become the key to profound personal change.
Maria has completed years of rigorous training in this method and works with it both personally and with clients to support deep shifts in a safe, respectful, and empowering way. She offers mobile Art Therapy sessions in Jávea, bringing the experience directly to clients in comfortable environments.
Music has always been another central thread in Maria’s life. With a background as a DJ, intuitive piano player, and music producer, she gradually began exploring the healing dimension of sound. Her journey deepened through playing the handpan, whose resonant tones naturally create meditative states and emotional openness.
This led her to train in sound therapy, and she later became certified with SoundRx under Avi Sherbill, who continues to mentor her in this field.
Today Maria integrates crystal quartz singing bowls and therapeutic sound into her work, offering immersive sound experiences that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep relaxation.
