At Xtraordinary Kidz Club, we design state-of-the-art, hands-on learning experiences with leading partners that help children connect with themselves, others, and nature, develop agency and entrepreneurial thinking, and build future-ready skills to create and contribute to society and the planet.

Our programs combine experiential learning in nature, teamwork, creativity, and entrepreneurship allowing children to explore ideas, solve real problems, and turn their creativity into meaningful impact.

Founders:

Erika Lorenz-Calderon and Jochen Lorenz design hands-on learning experiences that help young people develop confidence, entrepreneurial thinking, and real-world skills.

Erika Lorenz-Calderon is a chemical engineer with a PhD from EPFL Lausanne and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Nottingham, where she trained at Tanglin Trust School in Singapore. She also completed work with the University of Cambridge in sustainability. Erika combines her experience in science, research, and education to design engaging programs that inspire curiosity, creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and sustainable innovation.

Jochen Lorenz is an ICF Level 2 certified coach with more than 1,000 coaching hours, working with leaders and teams in organizations such as Google, ING Bank, and INSEAD. He has worked with startups and innovation programs for over 10 years and trained in startup and accelerator methods at the University of Berkeley. As leader of the Bosch Innovation Hub for Southeast Asia and global Team & Culture Development at Bosch Business Innovations, he was nominated Best Mentor at Wavesparks (2025). His expertise includes psychological safety, leadership development, and high-performing teams.

Erika and Jochen speak five languages and bring an international perspective to their programs.
