Terra Initiative

Terra Initiative is an international community focused on practical education, entrepreneurship, management culture, and mutual support.

The project originated in 2018 as a small circle of just 18 people. Over the years, Terra grew into a large-scale free community that organized educational and networking events attended by more than 8,000 participants.

From the very beginning, Terra has been built on several core principles:

participation is always free;

only real practitioners share experience;

practical knowledge is valued more than theory;

mutual support and strong professional connections matter more than formal status.

Terra brings together entrepreneurs, executives, managers, specialists, founders, and ambitious people who want to grow professionally and build meaningful projects.

In 2025, Terra Initiative launches in the UAE, Dubai, opening a new international chapter focused on connecting entrepreneurs and management professionals from different cultures and backgrounds.

We warmly welcome people of all nationalities, cultures, and languages. We especially invite English-speaking and Arabic-speaking entrepreneurs, executives, managers, and those who aspire to become them to join our community.

Terra is not just a networking club. It is a space for practical growth, real conversations, strong communities, and long-term collaboration between people who want to create, lead, and improve the world around them — together.
