Yoga entered Pippa’s life a decade ago and marked such a profound turning point that she describes her life in two chapters: Before Yoga and After Yoga. From that moment, she has dedicated herself to practising and sharing yoga, guiding others on a path of self-discovery, healing and ultimately, towards emotional empowerment.
Pippa is a highly qualified Yoga Specialist and Embodiment Facilitator. She offers, Yoga Therapy for Mental Health Support. Also, Corporate Yoga and Private Yoga. Pippa's signature program is a 12 week in depth journey called: Embodying Enough.
Meeting people exactly where they are, Pippa’s style blends depth, warmth and adaptability, creating a space where everyone feels safe, seen and encouraged to explore their own experience - whether they come seeking strength, stillness or support.
Based in Cremorne Point, NSW, Australia, Pippa is a 1,000-hour Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher with additional training in First Aid for Mental Health. She is also mum to a vibrant four-year-old who keeps her grounded, playful and curious.
