I’m Ruth, a sea-swimming, breathing, artistic soul.
I first found breathwork after undergoing emergency brain surgery, using it as a way to calm my nervous system during a time of extreme stress. Through this experience, I discovered that I could gently influence my own body and anxiety levels using the power of the breath.
My approach to breathwork is grounded, compassionate, and invitational. I hold space with care, encouraging each person to meet themselves exactly where they are.
