Hyarista

Hyacinth-Rosalinda Rios, aka Hyarista, is a NY-based coffee professional with over a decade of experience in specialty coffee. They are an educator, organizer, and competitor with a focus on community and leveling-up the scene they reside in. As a queer, Ecuadorian-American person they have a passion for using their reach to platform other Latinos in coffee, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
