Dr. Anitza San Miguel is an author, coach, speaker, scientist and educator. She is the founder of ASM Mentors, a leadership development consulting firm that helps leaders grow professionally through mentoring and coaching programs, developmental workshops and consulting services. Dr. San Miguel holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Puerto Rico, a master’s degree in biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University, and a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) in higher education administration from The George Washington University. She has served as science professor and as Dean of Science at Valencia College and Northern Virginia Community College.
