About facilitator
weiwen facilitates asana, pranayama (breath therapy), and meditation.
On meditation specifically, he first received formal guidance during his early teens at a monastery retreat in 2000. Since then, he has learnt and continued to practise various types of meditation, including yogic mediation and ancient mind transformation techniques.
He is a certified practising Ashtanga yoga teacher, who also completed his teacher training in Tibetan healing yoga.
Through these community sessions, he hopes to improve lives and build a kinder world, one breath at a time.
