Brew by Root is a Johor Bahru-based kombucha and fermented food brand founded in 2019, dedicated to making fermentation more approachable, practical, and enjoyable for everyday life. With a focus on real ingredients, traditional brewing, and wellness-inspired living, Brew by Root shares the art of kombucha through hands-on workshops and educational experiences designed for beginners and curious learners alike.

Led by founder Junhao, who has a background in Food Technology from the University of Queensland, Brew by Root combines food science knowledge with real-world brewing experience to create sessions that are warm, engaging, and easy to understand.
