ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Carlo P Valencia is an educator, a founder and an advocate of innovation using Design Thinking.

He used to run corporate innovation training, public workshops for startup founders and has done a host of speaking engagements around innovation topics like Design Thinking, UX and Agile. Prior to that he spent almost a decade as a training coordinator in HSBC and a couple of years as a venture backed startup founder and CEO.

He helps people and organizations transform themselves and is approaching the enormous changes in his life like all the past crises he's had - as a problem that needs to be solved.

In all his teachings, he advocates a "Begin by Understanding" and a "Fail Fast, Often and Forward" mindset to all of his students.

He is a student of mindfulness, practices gratitude as well as radical transparency in all that he does
