Complementary Health & Therapies Group

The Complementary Health & Therapies group (C.H.A.T.) runs monthly talks by a speaker, on complementary health, therapies and wellbeing. Talks are ONLINE, at ASHTEAD in SURREY and RECORDED PLAYBACK. It is a non-profit, volunteer-run group for the purpose of education and promotion of healthy living choices.

Talks are normally held on fourth Thursday of each month, excluding August & December.
