Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services is a non-profit occupational therapy service.  We aim to provide mental health occupational therapy to young people and adults in rural parts of Norfolk in a place that is convenient to them and at an early stage.  Occupational Therapy uses meaningful activity to enable people to achieve what they want to do and need to do in life.
