I’m a Creative Director, Growth Marketing Strategist, and Inclusion Advocate with over 20 years of experience helping brands grow through bold storytelling, strategic campaigns, and purpose-driven leadership.

In my current role as Creative Director at 4X Marketing, I lead on building powerful, results-driven campaigns for global and emerging brands. I blend creativity with commercial thinking—turning ideas into impact and helping businesses stand out, scale up, and connect more meaningfully with their audience.

Before joining 4X, I worked as Senior Director of Business Development at DJ Mayhead Electrical, where I led a full operational restructure, secured contracts worth over £1.2 million, and helped drive significant growth by streamlining processes and boosting efficiency.

Earlier in my career, I spent 15 years at Tesco PLC, where I became a Regional Director, overseeing 350 stores and managing £4 million in weekly turnover. That time taught me how to lead large teams, manage complex operations, and deliver measurable results at scale.

Over the years, I’ve launched and grown several successful ventures, including Spotless Social Media, where I helped hundreds of clients grow their brand and visibility through digital campaigns that delivered serious ROI.

As the founder of Neurodiversity Stories, and a long-standing dyslexia advocate, I’ve worked with leading global brands like Netflix, Disney, and PepsiCo, delivering strategies that embed inclusion into the heart of how organisations lead, market, and grow.

I was proud to be named Male Entrepreneur of the Year at the South West Business & Community Awards.
