Epigram Books x lyf

Epigram Books is a Singapore-based independent publisher of well-designed and thought-provoking titles. It began as a division of the multiple award-winning communications design firm Epigram. The company currently publishes all manner of fiction — novels, short stories, plays, graphic novels, chapter books, picture books — and non-fiction books too .

The company is best known for publishing the multi-award-winning graphic novel The Art of Charlie Chan Hock Chye, translations of Cultural Medallion winners and new editions of out-of-print classic Singaporean novels, as well as Ministry of Moral Panic, a debut short story collection by Amanda Lee Koe which unanimously won the Singapore Literature Prize for English Fiction in 2014. 

lyf is a new serviced apartment brand launched by The Ascott Limited in 2016, designed for and managed by millennials.

lyf is a concept that introduces communal living, social interaction and fostering close-knitted communities. As part of our continual effort to better understand the millennial market, lyf has partnered SMU in launching lyf@SMU. A first of its kind, lyf@SMU is a living lab that aims to field test some of lyf’s design concepts and a platform for us to hone placemaking and community building skills.
