Ezra Alya

My name is Sirah Kreitzer, though many people know me by my medicine name, Ezra Alya. Ezra means “the helper,” and Alya means “toward the path of light.” I see my role as gently supporting others on their own journey toward balance, clarity, and inner light, and the way I offer that support is through sound.

I create calming and immersive sound bath experiences using seven chakra-colored quartz crystal singing bowls and a crystal lyre named Serenity. The pure tones and vibrations of these instruments help create a soothing atmosphere that encourages relaxation, reflection, and energetic balance.

I have been studying and exploring energy-based healing practices since 2015. My areas of study include crystal energy, meditation, sacred feminine practices, space clearing, chakra systems, energy sensitivity (often known as empath awareness), golden light techniques, sound healing, energetic cord work, and other spiritual development practices.

I hold certifications in Reiki Levels I and II, as well as Sound Therapy and Healing. I am also an ordained minister in the state of Oregon and continue to deepen my understanding of energy and spiritual practices through ongoing study and experience.

From an early age, I have felt naturally attuned to the subtle energies that exist beyond what we can see with our physical eyes. Working with crystals has always felt like a natural calling for me, and I believe it will remain a part of my life’s work.

During the pandemic, I took a leap of faith and invested in my first set of seven chakra-colored quartz crystal singing bowls. That moment marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life dedicated to sound baths, sound healing, and vibrational wellness.

Each time I play, I feel the same sense of gratitude and joy. It is an honor to create these experiences and to hold space for others to relax, reconnect, and receive the gentle support that sound can offer.
