FeFe Handy has forged new and innovative pathways to encourage young people to read. She has partnered with numerous community, civic and corporate partners across metro Atlanta to build literacy-rich schools and communities. She is the Founder/Executive Director of a literacy nonprofit for students and has championed reading for over 20 years.

FeFe is pivoting slightly to broaden her reach to the community at-large and will launch 1 Book, 1 Mic, a podcast in the fall. 1 Book, 1 Mic will focus on popular, classic and upcoming Children's and Young Adult ("YA") books and the authors who write them. The Quarterly Remix --- "Reading After Dark"

Quarterly, FeFe will host Reading After Dark to discuss provocative, motivational, uplifting and scandalous topics! These sessions will be for mature audiences only. For the sake of clarity, these topics are not for general audiences. For further clarity, these sessions are not for children 17 and under.

This session is geared towards promoting FUN, authentic, adult dialogue!
