Flexy Michelle

Flexy Michelle is an enthusiastic and experienced yoga and barre instructor. She has been doing yoga for 23 years. Her first love was yoga, then pole fitness, and then she was introduced to the world of contortion and absolutely loves working on flexibility, tricks, and floorwork! Flexy Michelle is certified in teaching Yoga, Barre, Flexibility and Beginner Pole Fitness by the Canadian Pole Fitness Association of Canada.  Her love of fitness, play, and seeing what her body is capable of doing is what catalyzed her in becoming e a self-taught Chair Acro Artist! She was the first person to introduce Alpaca Yoga to Manitoba! She now teaches Goat Yoga and Lamb Yoga! Flexy actually started teaching yoga as a volunteer for individuals with aphasia (mostly recovering stroke victims) and children with communication disorders, autism, and asperger's syndrome. She currently teaches everyone from pre-schoolers to seniors and has a very adaptive and fun teaching style!
