Hamsa Diab Farhat is a dedicated event producer who has been organizing and producing prominent events within the Arabic community since 2015. With a deep commitment to preserving and celebrating Arabic culture, Hamsa has become a leading figure in the community's event scene, delivering a wide range of festivals, music nights, and cultural gatherings. Her proudest achievement is the Taste of the Middle East Toronto Arabic Festival, which recently celebrated its 7th annual edition at Nathan Phillips Square, drawing thousands of attendees to the heart of downtown Toronto.
Hamsa also produces another Arabic Festival in Mississauga, which is gearing up for its 3rd annual celebration on January 31, February 1, and February 2. In addition to large festivals, she curates intimate cultural experiences, including music nights featuring top talents like DJ Rodge from Lebanon, whom she has hosted twice in Toronto, and collaborations with Anthony Rahayel, a renowned Lebanese blogger whom she brought to Canada for two successful tours.
An advocate for community support and resilience, Hamsa has led several charity initiatives, with the Lebanon Strong campaign standing out among her contributions. Driven by her passion for Arabic music, art, and heritage, she strives to foster a sense of belonging and pride within the community, ensuring that Arabic culture remains vibrant and accessible.
