Hi, I am Heidi Wilson, a pastry chef, trained at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), with a deep passion for creating innovative and beautifully crafted desserts. I work at a prestigious 2 Michelin star, 1 Green star restaurant, where I have refined my skills in an environment that values both culinary/pastry excellence and sustainability. Known for my precision, passion, and creativity. I will be offering a variety of events from pop-ups and dinner tasting menus. My goal is to bring us -you and me- together in a deep sense of connection. Allowing a community to thrive from the gifts of food. Where we meet the ideals of tasting every flavor to feeling every emotion. All are welcomed within my space of grace and gratitude.
