Within my 15 years of experience as a Yoga practioner and Therapist I have been amazed at the healing and growth that can happen, for our mental and physical health, within an integrative therapeutic approach using movement, breath, mind and stillness. Recent research now reveals that faster and longer term healing occurs throughout the intelligent integration of mind and body techniques together.

Life can bring surprising challenges to us all as we navigate variations of stress and change, creating feelings of unrest mentally, emotionally, energetically and physically. Feelings of depression and anxiety, grief and trauma are all held within our body, shaping both our thoughts and movements; each intertwined.

Whether you join me for one to one or group therapy sessions, my approach is to honour every person’s uniqueness, adapting to your individual needs to allow you to feel safe, heard and supported. We will work with unity of mind and body – be prepared to work with the whole of ‘you’ mentally, physically, energetically, emotionally and spiritually. We work together with the possibility to explore through variations of movement, breath, mindfulness, stillness and meditation practices drawn from ancient teachings of Yoga and Qigong, to Somatic Body Work alongside Psychotherapeutic enquiry; complimented with scientific knowledge and evidenced based practices. We learn to pay attention to the felt sense, our nervous system and our beliefs. – Through deeper awareness, acceptance, exploration and self compassion we find the capacity to self heal bringing our mind and body back into balance.
