hey friends! i'm madeleine, and I’ve been teaching hatha and slow flow vinyasa yoga for four years. i fell in love with yoga during lockdown due to its mental health benefits, and am now so passionate about sharing these with others. my classes simultaneously focus on mindfulness (releasing tension, trauma and anxiety from the muscles and fascia) as well as injury prevention (detailed asana cues to discourage improper form). love and light xoxo
