Matricia Bauer of Warrior Women Inc.

Warrior Women is a collective, a drumming group, a mother and daughter who are rooted in tradition, and ambassadors of their knowledge. Matricia and Mackenzie Brown are Warrior Women.

Warrior Women Inc. is a 100% Indigenous and Women owned business. It encompasses education to all levels, a variety of corporate training, Indigenous tourism experiences, arts and craft workshops, and a variety of Indigenous products including, art, beading, leatherwork, and an Indigenous line of Bitters.

Warrior Women Inc. operates primarily in Jasper Alberta, but the company has serviced all areas of Alberta and internationally. We attend conferences in several provinces, and have accompanied Travel Alberta to represent Indigenous Tourism in San Diego at the biggest Travel Trade Conference in December 2020, in New York city for GoMedia in January 2019. We also represented Canada with a showing in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, Africa in March 2019 on behalf of Global Affairs Canada. Warrior Women also works as Indigenous Representatives for the Canadian Council with both live and online ceremonies to welcome new Canadian Citizens. We are honored to represent our Culture in this way.
