Hi, I'm Molly! And my goal is to create a childcare landscape where children, parents, and caregivers thrive.

I created this workshop to bridge the gap between what families and caregivers need.

Over the last decade, I've nannied for numerous families with diverse backgrounds. And I've seen firsthand how the right foundation can transform a household, while imperfect employment decisions can cause preventable friction.
