After 18+ years in regional HR leadership across Asia and the Middle East, I reached a point where outward success no longer felt fulfilling. I was tired, misaligned, and quietly asking myself: Is this really it?

That question became the start of my own reinvention — one that led me to Bali, to coaching, and to a new kind of leadership rooted in clarity, confidence, and alignment.

Now, I help others do the same — not by burning everything down, but by reconnecting with what truly matters, and building a career and life that finally feels like home.
