We are Katie and Rick of Our Sacred Sun.
Katie is a qualified Sound Therapist, cacao ceremony facilitator, photographer and visual artist and is just at the end of her training as a Gong Practitioner with CoSH. Rick has a history in sound engineering, is a djembe drummer and vinyl enthusiast. We live on The Edge of The Dark Peak in Glossop, Derbyshire with our troublesome little blind dog Floyd who loves a good sound bath and any type of food he can get his paws on.
We specialise in sacred ceremonies working with a mixture of our voices, the drum, Himalayan singing bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, percussion, shamanic rattles and our solar-powered Sun gong to take your on a journey back to yourselves through sound journeys and guided meditations.
We hold hour-long sound baths, with some time either side for chatting resting and connecting every other Monday in Glossop and sometimes as guests at other events!
