林教练是位专业认证教练,具有超过 15 年教练个人与团队的经验。他精通英文与中文,并且能用这两种语言进行教练及培训。

Richard is a Leadership Adviser, Executive Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. He specialises in helping leaders be the best leader for their team, by helping them maximize their own potential, lead effectively, and build high-impact teams. He enjoys (and had numerous experience in) helping leaders transform their mediocre, unmotivated, underperforming teams (even teams that are doing fine) into high-performance and high-impact teams.

During the past 20 years, he has worked with leaders from various parts of the world, helping them in the area of Leadership Skills, Strategic Planning and Execution, Priority and Time Management, Team Performance and Effectiveness, Leadership and Staff Development, and Organisational Culture, among others. He also conducts training that helps leaders integrate coaching skills into their leadership roles. 

Richard believes that every person has a unique calling, and enjoys coming alongside individuals to draw out their innate potential so that they can fully live out that calling. He previously worked in a large global not-for-profit organisation for almost 30 years, in various leadership roles at country, regional, and international levels.

Richard is a Professional Certified Coach who has coached individuals and teams for more than 15 years. He is proficient in both English and Chinese and can coach and train in both languages.
