Shaba Piffer

Shaba Piffer combines art, creativity, self-awareness, and collaborative methodologies to facilitate groups and projects focused on human development, systemic sustainability, and innovation. His purpose as a facilitator is to lead processes so that individuals and organizations create their own well-being conditions and prioritize human relations in a collaborative and environmentally responsible way in the personal and professional sphere. Brazilian, Master in Physics, eco-entrepreneur, social permaculturist, international multiplier of Dragon Dreaming, Transition Network and Gaia Education, he also has training in Sociocracy, Nonviolent Communication, Circular Processes, Restorative Justice, Art of Hosting, Appreciative Inquiry, Social Presence Theater (SPT - Theory U) and Insight Seminars (IV), having also participated in the Warriors Without Weapons (Oasis Games), Germinar and WYSE International Leadership programs. He did all his training in Dragon Dreaming directly with John Croft (Co-Founder of Dragon Dreaming), having used Dragon Dreaming since 2012 in his professional works and facilitated dozens of projects in Latin America, the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom and India.
