We are deeply committed to organising CPD sessions for BSL interpreters, ISL interpreters, translators, lipspeakers, STTRs, notetakers and CSWs. Our main goal is to provide affordable and high-quality professional development opportunities. The key to our success lies in bringing together a highly skilled team of professionals who carefully curate events that are not only informative but also engaging and relevant to modern professional practice.

Please keep in mind that tickets for our sessions cannot be transferred, and Eventbrite admin fees are non-refundable.

Although we understand the convenience of using the Eventbrite website, if you encounter any issues while booking a ticket for a CPD session, please feel free to reach out to us via www.signsenei.co.uk (just to ensure everything goes smoothly!). We are more than willing to assist you with any queries or concerns you may have.

Refund Policy -

Here at Sign Senei, we understand that life happens and plans can change at short notice and sometimes you are unable to attend a CPD session that has been pre-booked in advance.  We are delighted to announce that we will provide a refund for regular session ticket fees - if the refund request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled session. In the event of shorter notice, we will endeavour to grant a refund if we can successfully secure an alternative attendee from our waiting list. If you have a friend or colleague, who would like to take your place, we would be more than happy to assist with transferring the ticket.

Please note that if a replacement cannot be found, regrettably, a refund cannot be issued.

All series tickets are non-refundable after the first session has taken place.
