Somnus Sleep Wellness was founded on the belief that satisfying sleep is a vital pillar of health. Our mission is to provide education, support and solutions to individuals, helping them to live better by sleeping well. Our therapists use psychological and behavioural techniques to treat insomnia, parasomnias, circadian disorders, hypersomnia, and other sleep issues. We also have substantial expertise in teaching mindfulness and offer mindfulness courses to help clients reduce stress and improve sleep quality.
