Talent@Web3

The inspiration for Talent@Web3 began when Elena and Kerf saw a growing interest in jobs at web3 companies but a gap in knowledge as well as misconceptions about the industry. There was no shortage of industry and research reports on social media but few that addressed skills, jobs and other career considerations for those aspiring to enter the industry.

Talent@Web3 is a ground-up effort to bring together the collective knowledge, experience and expertise of current web3 individuals to share with aspiring future web3 individuals, that will help them make informed job and career choices.

It is also a platform for current web3 professionals to learn from each other as they navigate their new jobs, often unfamiliar roles and responsibilities within different web3 verticals and companies.
