TE Tracks is a social enterprise committed to strengthening the role of Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) in urgent and emergency care. We provide courses, coaching, and conferences that equip AHPs with the skills, confidence, and collaborative approaches needed to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care.

Our mission goes beyond workforce development — it is about improving patient care. AHPs bring unique expertise in addressing both physical and mental health needs, supporting recovery, and promoting independence. This is especially critical for vulnerable groups such as older adults who frequently present to urgent and emergency care with complex needs. By enabling AHPs to step into these spaces more effectively, we help reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes across communities.

We reinvest 50% of our profits into service development and subsidies, ensuring access to training for disadvantaged groups and those working in areas with the greatest challenges.
