Tony R. Warfield

Tony Rodrick Warfield is a United States Air Force veteran, Retirement Strategist, and community leader whose work focuses on strengthening financial literacy, wealth protection, and economic stability for individuals and families across Los Angeles County. Born in Helena, Arkansas in 1971, Mr. Warfield entered the U.S. Air Force at the age of seventeen, ultimately serving more than eight years in roles that included F-111 Jet Propulsion Specialist and C-141 Starlifter Flight Engineer Specialist. He earned his Air Force Wings in 1993 and accumulated over 2,000 flight hours across 47 countries during conflict operations, humanitarian missions, and peacetime readiness before receiving an honorable discharge in 1997.

Following his military service, Mr. Warfield experienced significant financial challenges that reshaped his understanding of retirement planning and wealth management. Motivated by these experiences, he dedicated himself to becoming an expert in retirement income planning, legacy protection, and financial education. Today, he serves as a Financial Professional and Educator, providing tailored strategies designed to help clients build, safeguard, and transfer generational wealth. His work emphasizes accessibility, long-term planning, and the importance of financial literacy as a foundation for economic empowerment.

Mr. Warfield is deeply engaged in civic and community leadership. He is the Co-Founder of the Community Wealth Initiative (CWI); Co-Chair of the NAACP–Long Beach Veterans Subcommittee; a Member of 100 Black Men of Long Beach; a Board Trustee for the Children’s Bureau – Child Abuse Treatment & Prevention; and an active participant in several advisory boards and community coalitions, including the Compton Human Trafficking Task Force Steering Committee and the Black Infant Health Advisory Board. He is also a USAF Veteran Member of American Legion Post 134 and the Founder of Warfield Insurance Strategies, where he leads financial education and community relations efforts.

His service and contributions have been recognized through multiple awards, including the 2025 Veterans Above & Beyond Award from the National Association of University Women, the 2024 Community Champion Award from U.S. Representative Nanette Barragán, the 2023 President’s Award presented by multiple state and local officials, and the 2022 Appreciation of Service Award from the Paramount City Council.

Mr. Warfield is a proud father and grandfather. Since accepting Christ in 2021, he has remained committed to service, integrity, and community advancement. His work continues to support Black Americans, veterans, professionals, and youth in navigating an increasingly complex economic landscape and making informed financial decisions that promote long-term stability and generational progress.
