Unmasked Mental Health
Unmasked Mental Health is a registered charity based in Calderdale, West Yorkshire, supporting adults aged 18+ who may be struggling with their mental health. We provide a range of free and low-cost services designed to promote positive mental wellbeing, reduce isolation, and ensure accessible support for all.
Our services include professional counselling delivered face-to-face, online, and by telephone, as well as free Group Talking Therapy Hubs available at various community locations. We also run indoor and outdoor wellbeing activities that encourage connection, movement, and improved mental health.
In addition to our community support, we work with employers across the UK to provide affordable workplace mental health services. These include an Employee Support Line, Employer-Referred Counselling, and Mental Health Training tailored to the needs of organisations and their teams.
All our community services are offered either free or at a low cost. Donations are always welcome and help us to continue supporting as many people as possible.
