Ziling.Yoga&Sound
Since young, Ziling has been a very adventurous person doing all kind of sports from track and field to basketball to HIIT gym exercises to diving and sky diving, she never thought she’d be in touch with the slow pace yoga. However, she started learning yoga in 2012 hoping to gain more physical strength so as to be able to do a handstand. As Ziling’s yoga journey progresses, she learned that yoga is different from exercising and it's never about just the physical body or movement, but the present mind and breath that help us to move with ease and heal from within. Ziling hopes people can learn to drop the stress response of double doing and letting go of the idea of 'no pain no gain' and instead focusing on learning how to move well and in agreement with themselves. In Nov23, Ziling added integral sound healing with multiple instruments to her classes, hoping to help people to heal not just physically, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
