I’m a guide, not by title — but by path.
My work is rooted in curiosity, presence, and the quiet power of coming home to yourself. What began as a journey through yoga and mindfulness has grown into something more fluid — an intuitive blend of movement, stillness, energy, and soul.
Along the way, I’ve immersed myself in practices like Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Sound and Reiki Healing — and I continue to evolve. Each offering is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect. Whether through breath, silence, sound, or rest, the intention is always the same: to feel grounded, spacious, and gently empowered from within.
Outside the studio, you’ll often find me on a hiking trail — moving with the rhythm of nature, breathing in stillness, reconnecting with the earth. Among all the places I’ve wandered, Bhutan holds a special place in my heart. Its mountains, its silence, and its spiritual depth continue to inspire my journey inward and outward.
