About

Little Changemakers designs and develops hands-on and experiential educational materials that support learning through play. We celebrate and value the process of creation and experiment rather than focusing on the outcome.

Not every child has an equal opportunity or access to enrichment classes where they can acquire knowledge and skills not covered in schools. Also, every child learns in their own ways due to differences in learning styles and abilities. We co-create with individuals and communities from different backgrounds and of different abilities to better understand a broad range of needs so we can create products that are accessible.

Vision and Mission

Little Changemakers believes in equipping children, regardless of age, background or ability, to be changemakers who can create positive impact in their communities. Our mission is to support children in finding their aspirations through inclusive education, equitable access to new knowledge and skills, and building self-worth and purpose.

Our Philosophy

Little Changemakers thoughtfully designs learning activities and materials based on the following philosophy and beliefs:

1. Self-awareness & confidence

- Help children increase their self-confidence, self-esteem, self-regulation, and awareness through creative processes.

2. Empathy & kindness

- Character education should start young. It is important for children to have the opportunity to interact with others outside of their social circle, spark conversations to identify social issues, and reflect on possible solutions that bring positive impact to others.

3. Creativity and problem solving

- Instill and provoke a sense of curiosity and creativity in children by providing inspiration and possibilities, then encouraging them to test assumptions and seek solutions on their own.

4. Relationship and bonding

- Provide opportunities to interact and bond with family, friends, and wider communities.
