This September, we are launching the mangrove replantation in National Parks.

The goal is to plant a minimum of 25,000 new mangrove trees, which can help protect the environment and sustain its natural resources for current and future generations.

The Xpress Train is inviting individuals, corporate bodies, organizations and religious institutions to join us in preserving our environment to plant at least 25,000 mangrove trees in the National Park by September 2020.

Please take note:

• After the tour, all participants will be driven to the seaside for lunch. Do note that feeding is not included in the cost of registration.

• The Xpress Train will handle the logistics by picking all participants from designated locations that will be shared to the park and drop them at the same place after the programme.

• This reputable project is open to both citizens and non-citizens of Malaysia, because the ecosystem is for everyone, regardless of status. Mangrove trees are important to the ecosystem due to their role in curbing coastal erosion and buffering the impact of strong waves and tsunami. Besides that, our wetlands are also home to many wildlife species and a source of income for the local folk.
