Join us for a special three-class course to discover timeless teachings that can bring more peace, harmony, and joy into your life.
Based on the heartfelt advice of the revered 11th-century master Venerable Atisha, this series is a guide to finding a better way to live in the midst of a busy and sometimes chaotic world. In the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of our meditation room, you'll be introduced to simple yet powerful methods for:
- Easing inner conflict and finding a sense of calm.
- Overcoming self-sabotaging habits and uncontrolled cravings.
- Nurturing positive relationships with others, regardless of their behavior.
- Inspiring personal growth and a fresh perspective.
This course will be taught by our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Rabka. It's a perfect starting point for anyone curious about ancient spiritual wisdom and how it's applicable to modern daily life, as well as anyone simply looking for practical tools to improve their well-being. What to expect at a class:
Each class lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 min
- 10 min : Welcome & introduction
- 20 min : Introductory relaxation meditation
- 30 min : Main teaching & instruction
- 15 min : Deeper, guided meditation on the teaching topic
There is also an opportunity for Q&A with the Teacher after class
