How early should I arrive before showtime?

We recommend that you arrive 45 minutes before showtime to enjoy some special programmes we have lined up for you at the concourse area. Also so that you have ample time to freshen up and settle in before the show starts as doors will remain closed for the entirety of the show.

How do I enter Eden Hall?

Accepted Answer

Please have your QR code that is on a PDF attached with your ticket in your email on standby to be scanned by the e-ticketing personnels at the booth. Once it is validated, you will be ushered to your seat by our ushers.

When do the doors open?

Doors open 20 minutes before showtime.

When do the doors close?

Accepted Answer

Doors close on the dot of showtime. We recommend you to arrive 45 minutes before showtime to partake in some of the activities we have lined up for you at the concourse area.

Question 5

What if I'm late?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, latecomers will not be admitted once doors are closed for the enjoyment of the attendees. You may, however, book tickets for upcoming shows pending availability.

What is the seating arrangement like?

It is free-seating so come earlier to get the best seats!

What if I need to leave or let my friend(s) and / or family member(s) in mid-way through the show?

Accepted Answer

Once doors are closed, attendees inside the hall will not be allowed to leave and attendees outside the hall will not be admitted except for emergencies or at the discretion of the usher team.

Can I bring children to the event?

Accepted Answer

Of course! Children of ages 2 and above require tickets for their seats. Please note that the venue will be darkened and there will be loud noises and flashing lights during the show. For your child's safety, they are not allowed to wander around during the show. Parental discretion is advised.

What is happening at the concourse area?

This is a surprise but we promise it is interesting so please come 45 minutes earlier to enjoy it!
