Beef Wellington – Learn to assemble and bake a tender beef wrapped with mushroom duxelles and spinach, all encased in golden ready-made puff pastry.
Red Wine Sauce – A rich, silky sauce to serve alongside, made from scratch with classic aromatics and reduced to perfection.
British Mashed Potatoes – Creamy, buttery mash done the proper way - smooth, indulgent, and the perfect sidekick to your Wellington.
