About this event

Meditation is a grounding practice which helps you to know yourself better, appreciate yourself and others more, and allows you to get a more relaxed and sound sleep.

Art of Meditation guides you towards developing the practical skills to invite a clam, clarity & power into your life. We explore a variety of meditation practices. Breathwork techniques which aim to give you the control to stabilise your body, eliminate stress and provoke positive physiological changes in your body & life. Focused attention gives you a sharp focus that cuts through the noise of distraction and grounds you in the presence and beauty of being. Connecting your senses with tools to tune into your senses and find harmony and inspiration in your immediate environment.

Regular meditation can have powerful long-lasting effects. Meditation helps to activate our rest-and-digest system and begin the process of ushering our body back to a more natural and calm state. Our body begins to heal and grows stronger and more resilient. Through mediation you begin to notice your body and mind more easily let go of daily stressors and challenges. You feel calmer. You can focus more clearly. You can be more creative. You feel more balanced and comfortable in your skin.

Learn to live authentically in the world with kindness, to be at ease and more present, feel more comfortable in our own skin and to awaken our hearts. This class is suitable for all levels of experience, with a strong dose of energy and will leave you feeling fearless and connected.

No experience is required. All are welcome.

Things to note:

  • Dress code wear any comfortable attire.
  • Remove watch and jewellery for better experience.
  • Cushion and blanket will be provided. You may also wish to bring your own for hygiene or personal preference.
  • You may wish to bring an extra jacket/shawl for extra comfort.
  • Switch your mobile to silent mode and keep them in lockers provided.
  • Arrive 10 mins before class starts.
