Artisan Boule & Baguette Making (Basic Level)
Boule, from French, meaning “ball” is a traditional French bread, resembling a squashed ball. Great sandwich bread, very sturdy yet soft with a great crust.
Instructor Pauline Chan will share with you the art of bread making and make a boule to eat with curry chicken or yummy soup.
Course Content :
- Baguette hands-on
- Boule hands-on
- Instructors will demo on how to turn boule into a curry bowl
- Demo on Epi Wreaths
You will bring home:
- 1 baguette
- 1 boule
- Curry chicken recipe
- Recipe and technique
Total Fee : $200 per pax including all materials
Maximum : 10 pax
Duration : 6 hours (10am -4pm)
Pair work will be required in class
Lunch is included (Boule and curry chicken)
