Join the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) for a day of action and inspiration at East Coast Park!

MPA, with support from Jurong Port, invites you to roll up your sleeves and join their beach clean-up effort. Dive into the joy of giving back to nature while connecting with like-minded individuals. A one-way chartered bus will bring the participants to the Singapore Maritime Gallery for a catered lunch and a sustainability talk after the beach clean-up event. Learn from the speakers in the eco-space and discover how small actions can lead to big changes in preserving our marine environment.

Meeting & Ending Point:

  • Meeting Point: Cyclist Park, East Coast Park Area D (nearest carpark: carpark D3)
  • Ending Point: Singapore Maritime Gallery, Marina South Pier

Programme Details:

  • 8.30am: Registration
  • 9am to 11:30am: Commencement of Beach Clean-up
  • 11:30am to 11:50am: Bus from East Coast Park to Marina South Pier
  • 11:50am to 12:30pm: Lunch
  • 12.30pm to 1:30pm: Sustainability Talk at Singapore Maritime Gallery
  • 1:30pm: End of Programme

Tickets & Availability:

This event is free for all. Registration is required. Each registration is valid for one individual. If you are visiting in a group, separate registrations are needed for each individual.

Things to note:

  • Please be dressed comfortably with a pair of covered shoes. No slippers or sandals are allowed.
  • Bring insect repellent, wear hat and use sun-block.
  • Bring plenty of water in reusable bottle, and hydrate yourself regularly.
  • Bring umbrella or poncho in case of wet weather.
  • A one-way chartered bus will bring participants from East Coast Park to Marina South Pier for catered lunch and sustainability talk. If you choose to self-drive, limited parking lots are available. The next nearest available parking lot is at Marina Bay Cruise Centre, which is a 15-minute walk away.
