In collaboration with The Air Station, Somnus Sleep Wellness is conducting 20-minute sleep screenings to provide you with unique insights into the state of your sleep health.


Each screening package consists of:

  • Scientifically validated questionnaires to assess different dimensions of your sleep wellness
  • Risk assessment for common sleep disorders
  • Computerised assessment of your alertness


Following the screening, all participants will receive an individual report with their results and personalized recommendations!

Where will the screening be held?

Screenings are held in The Air Station, Novena Square 2, #01-54.

Who will be administering the screening?

Screenings will be administered by the trained staff of Somnus Sleep Wellness and The Air Station. Results will be interpreted by an experienced sleep psychologist.

Do I need to prepare anything for the screening?

No advance preparation is needed before your screening - just show up will do!

Will I receive any diagnosis if I have a sleep disorder?

As we are not medical doctors, the results of your screening should not be taken as medical advice. If we suspect that you have a sleep disorder, we will recommend a referral to one of our clinical partners for further investigation.
