About this event
What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) like at Somnus Sleep Wellness? Can I have a “taster session” before committing to the full intervention?
This October, in support of World Mental Health Day, we’re opening up two special CBT-I introductory sessions to help more people prioritise their sleep and and mental wellbeing!
Join us for a curated workshop where our sleep psychologists, Dr Julian Lim and John Yu, will walk you through the foundational principles of CBT-I, introduce strategies you can apply immediately, and lay out what’s next in a guided journey toward deeper, more restorative sleep.
Why Attend?
- Gain clear perspectives: Understand the hidden drivers behind your sleepless nights and why your previous efforts to solve the problem were in vain.
- Leave with actionable takeaways: Equip yourself with evidence-based approaches and tools to implement and practice.
Experience CBT-I firsthand: Get acquainted with our sleep psychologists and how individual or group therapy may look like.
Small investment, big returns: For just $39, this 75-minute session could be your turning point that could change your nights for good.
